Free Sample Suggestions
If you plan on getting numerous samples or even online/internet printable coupons I suggest getting a different email account for just those types of offers. That way you won't get a bunch of spam in your email that you use for everyday use and can benefit by getting free samples and great coupons. Hotmail and Yahoo both are free to set up an email account.
Also when giving out personal information I will use my real name, address, birthday and phone number. Sometimes they ask if you have children and their names and birthdates. Feel free to lie about those if it makes you uncomfortable.
And I always say no to all of the mailing lists and other "special offers" when trying to get a sample or coupon. It just creates more spam.
